AppleSkool collects information that our users provide directly to us over the web, mobile app, email, phone call or text. This information can be collected during various interactions such as when user creates or modifies their account, request on-demand services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us directly or indirectly. This information may include: name, email, phone number, postal address, profile picture, payment method, service notes, and other information users choose to provide about self or user’s family, friends and social network
Information Collected from the User while using our services
When users use our Services, AppleSkool collects information about user in the following ways:
Contact Information: If user permits the AppleSkool app to access the address book on user’s device through the permission system used by the user's mobile platform, AppleSkool may access and store names and contact information from the user's address book to facilitate social interactions through our Services and for other purposes described in this Statement or at the time of consent or collection.
Transaction Information: AppleSkool collects transaction details related to user’s use of our Services, including the type of service requested, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, and other related transaction details. Additionally, if someone uses user’s promo code, AppleSkool may associate user’s name with that person.
Usage and Preference Information: AppleSkool collects information about how users and site visitors interact with our Services, preferences expressed, and settings chosen. In some cases AppleSkool does this through the use of cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers.
Device Information: AppleSkool may collect information about user’s mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information.
Log Information: When user interacts with the Services, AppleSkool collects server logs, which may include information like device IP address, access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes and other system activity, type of browser, and the third-party site or service user were using before interacting with our Services.
Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types of device data that apps cannot access without user’s consent. And these platforms have different permission systems for obtaining the user's consent. The iOS platform will alert user the first time the AppleSkool app wants permission to access certain types of data and will let user consent (or not consent) to that request. Android devices will notify user of the permissions that the AppleSkool app seeks before user first use the app, and user’s use of the app constitutes user’s consent.
AppleSkool may also receive information from other sources and combine that with information AppleSkool collects through our Services. For example:
If user choose to link, create, or log in to user’s AppleSkool account with a payment provider (e.g., Google Wallet) or social media services (e.g., Facebook), or if user engages with a separate app or website that uses our API (or whose API AppleSkool use), AppleSkool may receive information about user or user’s connections from that site or app.

User may correct user’s account information at any time by logging into user’s online or in-app account. If user wishes to cancel the user's account, please email us at help@AppleSkool.com. Please note that in some cases AppleSkool may retain certain information about user as required by law, or for legitimate business purposes to the extent permitted by law. For instance, if user has a standing credit or debt on user’s account, or if AppleSkool believes user have committed fraud or violated our Terms, AppleSkool may seek to resolve the issue before deleting user’s information.
AppleSkool will comply with individual’s requests regarding access, correction, and/or deletion of the personal data it stores in accordance with applicable law.
AppleSkool may also seek permission for our app’s collection and syncing of contact information from user’s device per the permission system used by user’s mobile operating system. If user initially permits the collection of this information, iOS users can later disable it by changing the contacts settings on user’s mobile device. The Android platform does not provide such a setting.
User may opt out of receiving promotional messages from us by following the instructions in those messages. If user opts out, AppleSkool may still send user non-promotional communications, such as those about user’s account, about Services user have requested, or our ongoing business relations.
AppleSkool may collect personal data from you during the course of your application for, and use of, the AppleSkool Services, which may be stored, processed, and/or accessed by AppleSkool, as well as its service providers, for business purposes, including for marketing, lead generation, service development and improvement, analytics, industry and market research, and such other purposes consistent with AppleSkool’s and its Affiliates’ legitimate business needs. By submitting information to AppleSkool during the application process and/or by using the Services, you consent to such collection and use of personal data.
