- The instructors (including teachers, trainers, & tutor) can take live online classes (called as trainings on the platform) using various online technologies including Zoom, Google meet, Microsoft teams, Skype and other learning tools Or upload their recorded courses on the platform. There is also an option for Onsite classroom learning, if the training is required in a traditional classroom setting.
- The students and trainees can browse through the extensive list of live trainings and courses and book them to learn and master skills of their interest.
- We take pride in sharing that this is India’s first platform where the Instructors, irrespective of their field of instruction, language, age, professional certifications and formal education can impart trainings, if they believe they can excel in it professionally.
- AppleSkool brings Students and Instructors together. Students pay fee to AppleSkool for the trainings they receive, as per the prices set by the Instructor. Post completing the trainings, the Instructors are paid by AppleSkool. This way Students money is safe with AppleSkool and is not paid to the Instructors till Students are satisfied with the training. The Instructors are sure that they will get the money once the training has been conducted successfully. It’s a win-win for all.
- AppleSkool keeps a small percentage of the fee as a service charge
- There are some advanced features which Instructors can avail only when they subscribe to a paid subscription

- You can also download our android and iOS apps and perform the same

- Simply Search for a relevant training by typing keywords, select the training that you desire and click to see the details around the training and what you can expect from it
- While you are seeing the training details, you can click on the instructor’s name to see their information, their credentials, trainings imparted, ratings feedback and other details
- All the Instructors listed on our platform set their own fees and discounts. You can check the training fee by visiting the course on our website or app.
- You will get a confirmation on the booked course as soon as the payment is made from your end. After this, you will get all the information regarding the courses and guidance on how to join in the “My bookings” link on the platform
- The instructor may choose to provide demo class for the first session that s/he takes. However, if an instructor has already provided successful trainings on the platform with high ratings, s/he my chose not to provide any demo classes.
- At AppleSkool, we are committed to helping you with the best instructor for your desired training. To ensure this, we onboard instructors only if they have a past experience, are professionally sound, or have expert skills/ talent which have been shown in past
- There are 3 ways you can learn on the platform
- Online live – you can take live trainings from anywhere using internet and a desktop or mobile device having audio video capabilities
- Onsite- If you’ve selected an Onsite course, then you would visit the physical site specified to attend the classes
- Online recorded – this is akin to Online live. However, there would be recorded trainings (either Onsite or Online)
- Details of the training will be shared with you right after you finish the booking
- You’ll pay through online payment using multiple options through our payment gateway available both on our website and apps. We issue the receipt of the fee payment to both Students and the Instructor to maintain transparency for both sides.
- We are not responsible for any direct payment to the Instructor, as that could lead to potential deceit and we do not take any liability for such payments.

- In case you have taken a free training, you can provide your feedback for the Instructor on the platform stating why you did not like a specific training. This will help us promote a healthy competition among the Instructors on AppleSkool
- In case you have taken a paid training, you can request and initiate a full refund of the training after providing appropriate feedback to the instructor on the portal.
- If there are multiple sessions/ classes for a training of long duration, you can ask for refund only before the second session/ class. If you have taken the second session, a refund would not be possible.
- You will get a full refund for any cancellations single session training
- For any discontinuation during multiple session training, you’ll get a refund for the pending sessions
- In any case we will help you in arranging a different Instructor who fulfills your requirements
- Yes, you can request a demo class to some instructors who have availed the facility
- The demo class for any training completely depends on the availability of the tutor.

AppleSkool will pay to the Instructors within 15 days of delivering a successful training. Following would be considered before payments
- Students cancelling the training before the stipulated time
- Students asking for a refund due to an unsatisfactory training
- Tax implications
- AppleSkool service fees
- Transaction charges
You’ll get the required information on Student cancellations/ refund requests through automated dashboards. AppleSkool believes in providing the best services to the students and hence they can opt for an eligible refund which is not contestable by the instructor.
